Return Policy:
At Lutz Auto, LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you need to return an item, please review the following guidelines:

Return Eligibility:

Within 30 Days: You may return any uninstalled product in its original packaging within 30 days of the shipping date for a full refund, excluding postage and handling.

Within 90 Days: After 30 days and up to 90 days from the shipping date, you may return any uninstalled product in its original packaging for a refund minus a 15% restocking fee, excluding postage and handling.

After 90 Days: Returns beyond 90 days will be considered on a case-by-case basis, at our discretion. Please contact us to discuss your situation, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

After 12 Months: We will not accept returns on any merchandise after twelve (12) months from the shipping date.

Refused Packages: If you refuse a package for any reason, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Additionally, you will be held responsible for any missing and/or damaged merchandise upon return.
Please contact us at to initiate a return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before sending back any items. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.

Warranty Policy

Lutz Auto, LLC Designed Products:

All products designed and manufactured by Lutz Auto, LLC are covered by a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase.

During the warranty period, we will repair or replace any defective product free of charge, excluding shipping costs.

After 1 year, warranty claims will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us to discuss your issue, and we will work with you to find the best possible solution.

Products that have been modified, damaged beyond normal wear and tear, or tampered with are not eligible for warranty.
Resold Products (Non-Lutz Auto, LLC Manufactured):

Any products not manufactured by Lutz Auto, LLC but resold by us are covered by a 30-day warranty from the date of purchase.

Beyond 30 days, you will need to refer to the manufacturer's warranty policies for any further assistance.

Over time, our products may evolve as we find ways to improve them, resulting in a better, more refined version.

This does not mean that previous versions are any less valuable. However, we believe that if we can make a product better, we should—and that’s our commitment to you.

Here’s our promise: If you’ve purchased any Lutz Auto product and we release a superior version within 12 months from your purchase date, you’ll have the option to return your original product (in good working condition) and purchase the new version at a 25% discount.
